Gwinnett County building permits — week of April 6–10, 2026

Dear Gwinnett,

Primark is spending $6.4M on the inside of a space at 5900 Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville. It is an interior finish permit, so the building is already standing. Novak Construction has the job. It is the biggest number on the week's list by more than three times over.

Lawrenceville had a week beyond that. InVivo Solutions is adding on to its building on Airport Road for $1,965,000. Parkland Homebuilders filed a ten-unit apartment building at 3535 Sugarloaf Parkway for $1,889,766. Over on Progress Court, Moha Construction filed a shell building at $1,194,119 and then four suites inside it at $298,530 apiece, for something the county calls the Ohmshiv Offices.

Two builders filed thirteen townhouses between them. Richardson Housing Group put in for six on Fern River Bend in Norcross, each around $385,000 and about 1,900 square feet. Lennar filed seven at Rainwater Park in Lawrenceville, split between Presley Point and Roman Ridge, in the same price range. The most expensive house of the week is a different animal: 4,118 square feet on Waldrop Road in Lawrenceville at $1,010,078, and the filing names no contractor at all.

Under all that is the usual run of water heaters, furnace swaps and a handful of solar installs. Call it $38.6M of building in a week. The whole list is public, and you can read it as slowly as you like.
