Solid week. The county filed 214 permits — $48M worth of construction across 13 cities.
Chin Ho Yi pulled a $3.0M permit for Hui Tz Temple Memorial Hall off Satellite Blvd, Suwanee. The footprint is 10,638 sq ft on R100 zoning — larger-lot single-family — 100-ft lot minimums, common in newer neighborhoods. At roughly $278/sq ft in declared cost, that's standard commercial build-out cost.
The rest of the week spread out the way Gwinnett usually does: 107 residential filings (79 of them brand-new builds) and 35 commercial. Meritage Homes Of was the busiest name on the stack.
