A quiet week. The county filed 233 permits — $37M worth of construction across 15 cities.
Infinite Estate pulled a $1.8M permit for Ui Auto off Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville. Zoned C2 — general commercial — strip retail, restaurants, offices.
The rest of the week spread out the way Gwinnett usually does: 116 residential filings (90 of them brand-new builds) and 30 commercial. Lennar Georgia was the busiest name on the stack.
