Dear Gwinnett,
No big commercial project filed this week, which makes it unusual. The largest single permit in the county was a house: $1,854,292 in Solitude, off Kennedy Road in Suwanee.
After that, Taylor Morrison was the story. It filed 12 permits, most of them in Watson Park in Snellville, filling in lots one after another. Toll Brothers put another house into Ledgestone in Lawrenceville, and DRB kept going in Northcroft.
185 filings, about $34M, across 16 cities. More cities than usual and less money than usual, which is what a week of ordinary houses looks like.
