Dear Gwinnett,
Hanover is building something big on Satellite Boulevard in Duluth. Four permits went in for CM-Hanover Sugarloaf, all at 1855 Satellite, the largest at $19,227,948 and the smallest at $10,693,742. Those four are most of the county's money this week.
The Walmart on Centerville Highway in Snellville filed for $1,667,850 of work. The paperwork does not say what kind.
It was a short week otherwise. 152 filings, the fewest of the summer, spread across 14 cities and adding up to about $76M. Take away Satellite Boulevard and what is left is houses in Dacula and Buford, one plan at a time.
