Gwinnett County building permits — week of July 6–10, 2026

Something large is happening at 2675 Satellite Boulevard in Duluth. Oxford Properties filed seven separate permits for a project called Satellite Square, all at that one address, all in the same week. The biggest is $11,975,713 and the smallest of the seven is still $4,747,118. Together they are most of what the county permitted this week.
The other notable one is public. Gwinnett filed a $4,214,000 permit for work at Harbins Elementary School in Dacula.
Everything else was ordinary. Houses in Ledgestone and Winding Creek Trail, a few acreage lots in Dacula, the usual heating and cooling replacements. 217 filings in all, across 12 cities, about $104M. Nearly two thirds of that money is on one Duluth block.
