Gwinnett County building permits — week of July 13–17, 2026

Dear Gwinnett,
Two doctors' offices went in this week, on opposite sides of the county. The larger is a $3,593,742 medical building on Satellite Boulevard in Duluth. The other is on Buford Drive in Lawrenceville, next to the ballpark, at $1,184,861.
After those two it was all houses, and no single one stood out. The biggest was in Edinburgh in Suwanee at $1,250,254. Toll Brothers, Davidson, Pulte and Taylor Morrison all filed in different subdivisions, none of them more than a handful.
This was the quietest week of the summer by money. 185 filings, about $30M, across 13 cities. For comparison, that is half what the county saw the week before.
